I almost lost my dreams..

Man I was feeling it yesterday… 

As I tracked my calories and macros for the first time in months it felt almost surreal. For the majority of 2015-2017 I was obsessed with building my body. I had huge dreams of stepping on stage as a world champion one day and WBFF Pro. 

If you don’t know what that is it is pretty much the top federation for fitness models around the world. 

I had huge dreams for building my body and being the best. But I lost it.  And until yesterday.. I didn’t even know. 

I didn’t even know my dream was dieing out and that everyday I didn’t track my calories I was closer and closer to losing my dream. 

The only reason I ever stepped on stage in 2016 and competed in a national competition was because I had a dream and I believed in it. I felt a fire ignite within me yesterday.

I got my dream back.I felt like a world champion again.I felt like I could be a WBFF Pro again.I felt like I could be on a magazine cover 

But for many months I lost that dream. A friend said I might be on a magazine cover one day and I totally said haha no way. 

I’ve realised in this crazy and busy world we can lose our dreams. The most valuable place on earth is int he graveyard.
