Today i wanted to just share how I have been feeling these past couple of days. If you don’t know I have recently moved to a new country (Singapore) to live.
During this period my diet has been super slack and I have been eating whatever I want.
Truth is for almost a month with moving house, packing, running my business I got super stressed out. Not to mention I got sick as well.
I really had little focus on my diet and I fell of the wagon a little bit. To this day I have to say my confidence dropped a little bit.
The buzz and highs of knowing my fitness goals were met gave me a sense of confidence and achievement.
That flare within me that I was ONTOP of my goals slowly started to die down. I started feeling average again, like the regular dude who eats junk food. That got me thinking.
And I realised one thing.. Having a solid diet plan can actually boost your confidence and give you a sense of focus. Having a solid diet can actually make you feel great both mentally and physically.
Anyways, if you are feeling anything like I did you probably need a solid diet plan too. I am back on my diet plan again and I feel great!
