It has made me realise the small things in life really matter.
Keeping my desk clean..
Making sure I have my water jug on my table..
Keeping my hair short…
Getting my workouts in consistently..
Making sure I pray and do my gratitude…
Eating foods that serve my health and fitness goals..
I believe if you are optimised in your life you will reap 10X the results you would usually have.
When you aren’t optimised and your life is a mess in the small things it will show in your lack of results.
For me this week, this all started by getting my diet on track again and it has allowed me to take baby steps to optimising other areas of my life.
